Just off the lobby, The Champagne Room Featuring Moët & Chandon sets the scene with historic woodwork, arches, lounge seating and a built-in bar. The adjoining Champagne Room Annex offers space for dinner, dancing or a screening when included in your proposal. Formerly the Library Lounge and Screening Room. The Champagne Room has a maximum capacity of 150 guests; seated capacity varies by layout. Confirm the rooms and arrangement with our team.

Astor I opens directly onto the terrace and can provide an indoor connection when both spaces are reserved. Plan the room combination, menu, beverage service and weather arrangements with our events team. The terrace accommodates up to 50 seated or 100 standing guests, subject to the final event layout.

Excellent service
The Chicago Hotel Collection Ambassador Gold Coast was an excellent choice for our wedding venue. From the first time we reached out, the communication was painless and quick - the staff was incredibly responsive and helpful in answering all of our questions. On the day of the wedding, the venue itself was spacious, elegant, and absolutely beautiful. The high ceilings, architectural details, and decor created the perfect backdrop for our special day. We and our guests were in awe of the stunning space, and it exceeded all of our expectations in terms of the quality and value. We would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking to host their wedding in a truly stunning and well-run location.
