Yes, you can use any vendors, though some, like caterers, need to provide a valid business license.
Yes, alcohol is permitted with a Virginia ABC banquet license and Certificate of Liability Insurance. Our Event Manager will assist with the process.
Fees vary by room and day. Payment schedule: • Security Deposit: Due within 5 days of contract receipt • 50% of Rental Fee: Due two weeks after the deposit • Remaining 50%: Due 90 days before the event Payment plans are available.
Yes, tables and chairs are provided, including setup and teardown. Linens are not included.
Events must end by 11:00 pm. Additional hours are available at $150 per hour, based on availability.
Yes, all spaces and restrooms are fully accessible.
We offer free parking with 300 spaces and additional parking in a nearby field.

Setup and teardown must be completed within the contracted rental time.
Rehearsals can be booked within 30 days of the wedding. Availability on the night before is not guaranteed. Our Event Manager will assist with scheduling.
