We do require that all tours are scheduled in advance, as we may have other events going on or may not be on property. We can’t wait to hear your story and what you envision for your wedding!
With the signed contract and booking fee paid, which is 50% of your total rental amount. Payments are broken down into 3 scheduled payments, including your booking fee.
The most guests we can accommodate would be 200, but that is also dependent on the setup of the room and if a dance floor area is required. There is an option to also connect a tent (separate rental) to the main hall area to accommodate guests for dining and use the inside hall space for dancing, lounge area, bar, etc…
Our couples have access to The Legacy at Willow Pond between 8:00 am – 11:00 pm. (Up to 15 hours!). We provide up to 6 hours for event time.
Yes, you may bring in your own alcohol for your event, but you will need to obtain a 1-Day Virginia ABC (Alcoholic Beverage Control) license and provide a copy to the venue in advance. All alcohol must be served by licensed and TIPS Certified bartenders. Alternatively, you may choose to use your caterer’s bar package if they hold a valid Virginia ABC license and provide TIPS Certified bartenders. This is a convenient option that ensures all alcohol service meets local laws and venue requirements.
