Included are up to 350 outdoor resin garden chairs. Indoor ceremonies can be set up in the Reception Hall using white Chiavari chairs. Indoor/Outdoor cocktail bar and patio with cocktail tables and linens.

1890 is simply perfect for the big day! Close to the airport and their staff takes the stress of booking a venue completely away! They also make great recommendations for your vendors. I love that they have been around for such a long time and really know what it takes to throw a successful wedding! Thank you Paula, Katie and all of your awesome staff!!

Absolutely! Many of our brides and grooms use the gorgeous pergola outside to say “I do” and hold the reception in our beautiful hall, lighted with beautiful chandeliers. Here at Eighteen Ninety, we have the option for an indoor and outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception hall. Depending on the season and guest count, we have other options as well.

Yes! Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer we are busy planning both indoor and outdoor ceremonies, wedding receptions, holiday parties, baby showers - you name it!

We would love to give you a tour to show you around the property and everything we have to offer! At the time of the contract signing, $2,500 security deposit is due. The remaining amount in addition to a $500 refundable damage deposit is due 120 days prior to the event. Your deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after the event following inspection of the areas used.

Weddings include 12 hours of total rental time approximately 6 hours of set-up for vendors and wedding party to get ready, 6 hours of actual event time, and 1 hour for vendor breakdown. The latest an event may run is 11 pm at 1890 and 10 pm at The Fields on weekends. Additional hours are available at a fee.

1890 and The Fields both have exclusive in-house bar service. Other bar services are prohibited at 1890 and The Fields.

Yes, there is free parking directly in front of 1890 and The Fields.

Our outdoor ceremony site, reception hall and it’s restrooms are all handicapped accessible.

When you are getting ready in the Bridal Suite and the Grooms Suite you can bring your own alcohol but it may not leave those areas. During the ceremony and reception there is no outside alcohol allowed. For your beverage services, you will use our in-house bar provider!
