Family-owned for three generations since 1967, Chamlar offers a warm, personal experience and a timeless lakeside backdrop for your wedding weekend. Our weekend wedding package includes exclusive use of the entire property, including all five of our charming lakefront houses—providing overnight accommodations for up to 37 guests. Host your ceremony and reception for up to 250 guests, and enjoy a Friday welcome party or rehearsal dinner, all included in one flat fee. Guests can enjoy a private beach, complimentary boat moorings, fire pits, lawn games, and sweeping Adirondack mountain views throughout your stay. At Chamlar, the space is yours to fully customize.     I had the perfect 24-person wedding at Chamlar, a place that holds my most cherished summer memories. We said our vows on the Great Lawn overlooking Schroon Lake, followed by an intimate lobster bake on the lodge’s front porch. As the sun set, we danced barefoot under the stars and ended the night with a bonfire on the private beach.
