In warm weather months, the barn transforms into an indoor-outdoor venue in which guests can meander through glass doors onto the stone terrace and lawns beyond.

    Castle Hill Cider

    Castle Hill Cider was the perfect venue for our wedding. The space was clean, beautiful, and incredibly spacious - it provided an elegant and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The staff were professional and attentive, ensuring our day ran seamlessly from start to finish. The cider selection was fantastic, and many of our guests raved about the quality and variety. There are multiple places on their property that you can get married in! We chose the Grove! Overall, Castle Hill Cider exceeded our expectations and we couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our special day.

    Perfect Venue

    I am so glad I chose Castle Hill as my wedding venue. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Josephine, Jenni, Rob, and Taylor are excellent to work with!

Castle Hill Cider hosts only one event or wedding per day.
There is plenty of parking for guests – the paddock on the west side of the venue has space for roughly 500 vehicles. Shuttle services including buses and limos are also welcome.
The venue is fully heated and air conditioned – we also have a generator onsite should there be a power outage in the area.
They are not – please do not plan to have guests use these services.
The cider requirement is based on your total guest count. Guest counts under 150 guests are required to purchase (4) cases of cider and guest counts over 150 are required to purchase (6) cases of cider. There are 12 bottles of cider in each case, which are 750ml bottles.
Yes, the Bridal Suite and Grooms Suite are available at 10:00 am on the event day.
Aside from cider, you may arrange to bring wine, beer, or liquor with your caterer. If you choose to do so, you will need to secure a Virginia ABC banquet license for your event. You are welcome to select an alcohol package from your selected caterer, in which case you would not need a separate ABC license.
We allow bubbles, rose petals, and sparklers – birdseed, confetti, and wish lanterns are not permitted.
