Founded in 2021 by Katie Weber, a passionate and detail-driven wedding planner, our mission is to help couples feel calm, confident, and truly present on one of the most meaningful days of their lives. We specialize in full-service planning, partial planning and month-of coordination - because no two weddings (or couples) are the same. Known for our calm under pressure and thoughtful touches, we’re the team quietly working behind the scenes so you can shine in every moment. When you work with Under the Willow, you’re not just hiring a planner - you’re gaining a wedding-day partner, advocate, and cheerleader.

We understand that for many of our couples, this is their first time planning a wedding - and that’s exactly why we’re here. Our mission is to make the entire process feel easy, enjoyable, and stress-free from the very beginning to the final dance. We genuinely care about your experience and are committed to being by your side every step of the way. On wedding day, our top priority is ensuring everything runs smoothly by managing the timeline and working seamlessly with your entire vendor team.

Description

Full service planning typically starts right after engagement and consists of vision and budget planning, venue selection, vendor recommendations and management, design and styling assistance, timeline creation and management, rehearsal coordination, multiple consultations and day-of coordination.

Partial Planning is perfect for couples who have started planning but need expert guidance to bring it all together. We’ll step in to help you refine details, recommend trusted vendors and create a seamless timeline. With our support, you’ll feel confident knowing nothing is overlooked - and everything is on track for a smooth, stress-free celebration.

Day-Of Coordination is ideal for couples who have handled the planning but want a professional to take the reins on the big day. We’ll step in about 4–6 weeks before your wedding to review your plans, confirm vendor details, create a detailed timeline, and manage all the moving parts so you don’t have to. From setup to send-off, we’ll make sure everything runs smoothly - allowing you to be fully present and soak in every moment.

End-of-Night Cleanup Services start at $300 and are based on the scope of work. This popular add-on allows couples to fully enjoy the final moments of their celebration - whether that’s an after-party or a romantic getaway - while our team stays behind to handle the cleanup and leave the venue spotless.

    I have worked alongside Katie for probably a dozen weddings. Her energy, charisma, work ethic, and expertise is unmatched. As a person, she is amazing- as a wedding coordinator, she is top tier. I have never seen someone so attuned to the needs of the bride and groom. On your wedding day, you want Katie in your corner. She ticks all of the boxes as a wedding coordinator: excellent time management, attention to detail, industry expertise, vendor relationships and coordination, problem solving, wrangling that one flighty groomsman, managing less than ideal guest situations- all with a smile and grace. She makes it look easy and effortless. On your wedding day, Katie has backup plans on top of back up plans, all to ensure you have the day or your dreams. She is your designated BFF, coordinator, decorator, cruise director extraordinaire. I have not seen any situation this woman can’t handle. If you are looking for full wedding planning, or any kind of wedding coordination- I could not recommend Katie more.

    Working with Under the Willow Events was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Katie, the owner, has a wonderfully easy and relatable communication style that made the entire planning process feel seamless and stress-free. She was incredibly thorough, patient, and dedicated to ensuring every detail of our special day was perfect. Despite my desire for a micro wedding, Katie made sure everything felt grand and special. She even helped me plan the entire wedding in just six weeks, which was a huge relief since I had never planned a wedding before. Katie is so down-to-earth and never made me feel judged or like a burden, no matter how big or small my requests were. She was always kind, generous, and accommodating.
