Bokeh Film Studios is a husband and wife team with nearly a decade of experience in the industry. In all that time, the greatest lesson we've learned is that telling love stories is what we are best at. Your story, your journey is a testament to the commitment you made to yourself the first day you knew they were 'the one'. We want to be the ones to capture the greatest day of your life so you can forever look back on it and relive the excitement you had and the new adventure you've begun.
At Bokeh Film Studios, we have a very engaging and captivating style to our films that focus on each couples unique story. We actively seek couples that are adventurous, authentic and madly in love. Couples who would move mountains to be with each other and who simply cannot live without each other. And while we have shot a wide variety of weddings in the last 8 years, we specialize in adventurous outdoor settings like the examples below. Best part of our wedding - besides each other.
We planned our wedding 18 months in advance and we knew we wanted to work with Bokeh Film Studios. Kristen had taken our "family" pictures with our dogs and cats in the past and the pictures have come out incredible, and she's a joy to work with. Plus, all of the wedding videos we have seen on their facebook page were incredible. Fast forward to 2020 and a pandemic hits, our 200 person wedding suddenly becomes a 20 person wedding, and we really lost all hope for anything magical about our big day. Kristen and Mike remained enthusiastic and assured us that our wedding would still be incredible and that they would capture magical moments. Our wedding day came, it was small and so different than we initially planned - AND THEN OUR DOG RAN AWAY RIGHT BEFORE THE CEREMONY! Kristen and Mike somehow remained flexible, still captured great shots of our family and wedding party despite the chaos, and supported us through a ridiculously emotional day. Two months later, they sent us our wedding photos and wedding video and you never would have known that our perfect wedding was ruined by a pandemic and our beloved dog running away (we got him back, btw!). The images and video they captured and put together really do show the magic in our wedding and give us happy memories on a day that we didn't think would be happy for us. Now we love looking at the pictures and video and so do all of our family and friends who endured the trauma of our pandemic/runaway dog wedding. We all have something happy to look back at now. Hiring Bokeh Film Studios really was the best decision we made and, honestly, the pictures and videos are the best part of our wedding besides us actually marrying each other!
