You’ve booked all the vendors, created the vision and just need someone to help get you over the finish line. We’ll jump in a month before the wedding to wrangle vendors, create timelines & assist with last minute details. Day of the event we’ll take over planning and managing so you can just enjoy your day!     We had a positive experience working with Three Ring Collective. From DJ work, to venue coordination and setup, to wrangling of family members, this crew took all of the stress off of our plate. In the days leading up to the event they assisted in reminders of items that needed to be done before the wedding and on the day of the ceremony. They coordinated with our photographer to make sure groups of guests and family members were ready for our posed photos. On the music side of things, they were able to take our minimal playlist and style of music and created the perfect playlist for the whole event, including music cues, chill, and a dance playlist. They worked with our venue contact on site and managed any problem solving, there are still pieces we'll never know that they solved and never made it to us. You always hear how your wedding is a blur and you won't remember any of it, thanks to Three Ring Collective, we look back fondly on our wedding and remember the night and all of the minute details. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pro team to work with!

    We’re still in the planing stages of our celebration, so I did a consultation session with Samantha and it was SO helpful! We came in with a rough idea of a location in the North Bay and some possible activities, and came out with specific venues, restaurant and catering suggestions for our party size, and even transportation options for getting our guests out to a hike and back. I have way more clarity about the whole process, and it was such a fun meeting - highly recommend!
