    Andrea and the TDW Events Team are Amazing

TDW Events specializes in luxury weddings, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, milestone celebrations (birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers), corporate events, galas, and charity fundraisers in Palm Beach, Jupiter, and throughout South Florida.
We are based in Jupiter, FL and serve the greater Palm Beach County area including Palm Beach, Jupiter, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, and surrounding South Florida communities. We also travel for destination weddings and events.
Wedding packages start at $3,500 for decoration-only services. Full coordination packages begin at $4,500, and our Signature full-service planning starts at $13,500. All packages are customized to your vision. Contact us for a personalized quote.
We recommend booking 9–18 months in advance for weddings and large events, especially for peak season (October–May in South Florida). Milestone celebrations and corporate events can often be accommodated with 3–6 months' notice. Contact us early to check availability.
Yes! Our Essentials package provides professional day-of coordination starting at $4,500. You receive a dedicated TDW lead planner, on-site assistants, and our professional event emergency kit — not a single coordinator, but a full team ensuring every detail is executed perfectly.
TDW Events is a full design-and-planning house with three sister brands under one roof — The Details Co. (luxury rentals), 3D Palm Beach (custom props & swag), and Proposal & Picnic Co. — giving clients seamless access to décor, rentals, and custom fabrication at no extra coordination fee.
Absolutely. We have deep relationships with Palm Beach's most trusted florists, caterers, photographers, DJs, and entertainers. We manage vendor contracts, coordinate logistics, and ensure every vendor understands your aesthetic vision so you don't have to chase anyone down.
Yes. TDW Events plans corporate dinners, brand activations, golf tournaments, non-profit galas, and charity fundraisers. Corporate packages start at $3,500, with past event budgets ranging from $3,500 to $30,000+ depending on scale and production complexity.
