I was born and raised near the flat irons of Boulder, I bleed blue and orange for the Broncos, and I just can’t get over the beauty of this place I call home. Summer nature hikes and fall drives to see the stunning colors are some of my favorite activities. Travel speaks to my soul and discovering new experiences brings me true joy. I’ve been planning trips for myself and my friends for years including girls' trips, group birthday celebrations, couples' vacations, and my own destination wedding and honeymoon(s). Hospitality, events, travel, and tourism excite me because no two days are ever the same.

I started my hospitality career as a teenager working in restaurants and continued with food and beverage in many roles including restaurant management and offsite catering operations for several years before transitioning into entrepreneurship. I have lived and worked in hospitality and tourism-driven markets such as Honolulu, Hawaii, and Las Vegas, Nevada. I have a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration from UNLV where I focused my studies on meetings and events management. I have experience in offsite catering from food trucks to high end as well as working for hotels and event venues.

Sydney creates Wedding Magic!
Sydney was absolutely the backbone of our destination wedding, and I genuinely cannot imagine doing it without her. We worked together for a full year through dozens of Google Meets, detailed planning lists, and even a trip to Mexico together six months before the wedding. From start to finish, every single detail was executed flawlessly. Sydney coordinated travel for 50 of our closest friends and family, ensuring everyone made it to Playa del Carmen and to The Fives seamlessly. Every transfer was on time, organized, and stress-free. Early on, I told Sydney I wasn't a very creative planner and sent her just one inspiration photo. Somehow, she turned that single image into the most beautiful wedding I've ever seen - and I'm not just saying that because I was the bride. It truly felt like something out of a dream. She handled all of the logistics for our events and made incredible suggestions that elevated the entire experience - like organizing a catamaran excursion as a thank-you to our guests and coordinating a trip to Chichen Itza. She carefully listened to what I wanted in a resort and presented her top recommendations based on my priorities. We ended up at the perfect location, and every event space felt thoughtfully chosen. Sydney went above and beyond in ways I didn't even know to expect. She created, transported, and set up decor herself, and worked seamlessly alongside the resort's wedding coordinators. In fact, even the resort staff complimented how organized and helpful she was, saying she made their jobs easier - which says a lot considering they host weddings every day. She also worked with our guests throughout the entire year to coordinate travel, sending helpful and fun group emails along the way so everyone felt informed and excited. Before departure, she mailed out welcome boxes filled with travel essentials and surprised our guests with personalized beach bags and tank tops. It was those small, thoughtful details that made everything feel so special. We've had countless guests tell us it was the best trip they've ever been on - and that is 100% thanks to Sydney. If you are considering working with her, don't hesitate. She doesn't just plan weddings - she creates an experience you and your guests will never forget.

The best I’ve seen
Syd made my Sisters wedding an absolute dream. She curated an experience for 50 people in the Mexican jungle and managed logistics; the flow and experience so professionally that it made it feel seamless for us guests. The personal touches she added to the day was made the wedding perfect for the couples and the guests. I highly recommend Syd for couples who want to create a unique experience for their guests and for themselves

Syd is truly amazing!
Syd was the first vender we reached out to do assist with our wedding, and we absolutely could not have done it without her. We planned our wedding from another state and Syd was there with us throughout the entire process. Not only did she assist with in-person meetings but she had amazing recommendations (that we used) for the venue, transportation, hotel and DJ. Syd went above and beyond. She even hand sewed our table numbers for our camp themed event. We felt at ease and in great hands the entire process. We needed a little hand holding to push through the planning process, and Syd was a patient and informative guide through the process. Her experience working with so many venues and vendors in the past, made her an invaluable resource to help us plan, especially from another state. Our wedding was seamless, and we certainly give credit to Syd for it feeling that way. At one point, during our outdoor dinner reception, a passing rain shower came through the area. Most of the tables were covered, but Syd sprang into action and came out of no-where with an EZ-up to save our uncovered guests from the rain! Syd is prepared for the the unexpected, and we were grateful to have someone like that lead us through the planning and through the wedding. 10/10 would recommend.

Syd is the most amazing planner!
I have worked with Syd a lot and she is absolutely amazing at what she does! She is very detail oriented, very knowledgeable and all around the best planner. She is so fun, sweet and so kind. I can't recommend her enough.
