Nashville-based planning and design team ready to help you personalize your day and put all the pieces together! Offering full planning, partial planning, and month-of-coordination, we draw inspiration from nature and organic elements of design. We'll be obsessed with your day so you will be too.
After being involved in 150+ weddings and events per year, we have seen so much, and we handle it with grace! No matter your style and personal preference, we have ideas to match your dreams. We're practical and personal when it comes to your day, and nothing throws us for a loop.

The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding
I truly don’t even know how to put into words how incredible McKayla was. Hiring her was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She is worth every single penny — and honestly, so much more. McKayla stepped in about 90 days before our wedding and immediately started communicating with me and our vendors so that by the time our wedding day arrived, she already knew every detail of what was happening. She knows the wedding industry SO well and was amazing at preparing me for what to expect, answering every single question I had, coordinating with vendors, and creating timelines that made the entire day run seamlessly. On our wedding day, she completely took over. She handled setup and teardown flawlessly and somehow took the vision I had in my head and made it even better than I imagined. Walking into our venue and seeing everything come together was honestly incredible. Every detail was taken care of, and my bridal party, family, and I didn’t have to lift a finger other than helping load things in and out of the cars. What I appreciated most was how well she handled anything that came up behind the scenes. I know there were little issues throughout the day, but McKayla handled them without bringing any of that stress to me. I was able to be completely present, enjoy my wedding, and never worry about what was happening behind the scenes — which is truly priceless. She exceeded every expectation I had and played such a huge part in making our wedding day the best day of my life. I genuinely cannot imagine our wedding without her. If you are considering hiring McKayla, DO IT. She is knowledgeable, organized, calm, incredibly hardworking, and genuinely cares about making your day everything you dreamed it would be. McKayla, I cannot thank you enough for everything you did for us. You made all of my dreams and my entire vision come to life, and I will forever be grateful.

McKayla was awesome!
McKayla was fantastic- I’m so glad we hired her for our wedding. She helped with planning throughout the process, breaking it up into smaller pieces for us so that it wasn’t overwhelming. She recommended and coordinated with our vendors. On wedding day, she and Lozo made everything flow without a hitch. Our guests even commented how helpful they were.

McKayla did an absolutely incredible job with the month-of-coordination of our wedding! She is organized and proficient at her job and also incredibly kind and easy to work with. Once we were about 60 days out, she started managing all the communication/contracts with the vendors and made my life an absolute breeze leading up to the wedding. I never once doubted that she did not have things under control and our day ran so smoothly! Everyone commented on how it was one of the most organized weddings they had been to, and I can assure you, it was because of her! She truly made all the ideas I had in my head for this wedding come to life and I am so grateful to have had her be part of our day :) If you are looking for assistance with your wedding planning or coordinating, I would HIGHLY recommend McKayla! She goes above and beyond and you will definitely not be disappointed!
