Fluff Gourmet Cotton Candy was born in 2017 from a YouTube black hole. Little did I know that the series of videos about cotton candy would lead to a business that I love! I have been an artist my entire life, and Fluff has given me such a creative outlet.

My wife, Caroline and I have been in the industry for over 25 years, and we decided to apply our professional experience to our love of food and desserts and start GELATANO. We studied under a Master Chef in New York, and learned the secrets of making world class gelato and sorbetto. Our gelato is made in the traditional Italian method, as we cook our gelato and age it for up to 48 hours, and then run the frozen batches to order. This enhances the flavor and provides an incredibly rich and creamy texture your guests will love! Our sorbettos are made with real fruit and are fully vegan, so there is something delicious for everyone!

In early 2017, Megan Feeman began making NoBaked Cookie Dough in Nashville, TN. The first scoop shop opened in the Fall of 2017, with more to follow- across 4 different states. Since then, Megan and her husband, Jimmy, along with their team, have been shipping cookie dough all over the United States. Our delicious product combined with our relatable brand is something you won't find in your local grocery store. Our edible cookie dough is the best tasting dough you can find because we started with what tastes great to eat raw not what makes a good cookie.

Laura Curtis, a Culinary Institute of America grad, was working as a R&D chef when she made her first batch of bright pink, tart & fruity Raspberry Hibiscus marshmallows. Her husband suggested she name the new amply fluffy creations Malvi, short for malvavisco, the Spanish word for marshmallow. She created Malvi Mallows using European-Style butter and Fair-Trade chocolate to make Malvi cookies extra rich, and dried hibiscus flowers, locally roasted espresso, whole vanilla bean, and organic Georgia peanuts to maximize marshmallow flavors, then built a business so that everyone can party s'more.
