Owner, Lead Planner and Designer

Paloma Events was created as a blend of my love for people, gatherings, planning and design. After getting engaged in 2013, I found great joy in the process of designing my own wedding. Seeing that work come to life on my wedding day with all my family and friends present was such a magical experience. Soon I coupled this newfound passion for wedding planning with my business background in the fashion industry. After leaving my hometown of LA, my husband and I spent seven years in beautiful Bend, Oregon, where I jumped into the world of event planning full-time. Now I'm thrilled to bring my experience and love for events to Tucson, Arizona!

It's all in the details! Our focus at Paloma Events is to create an unforgettable day for our clients that is reflective of them as a couple. Whether it be through the design or overall feel of the day, we are there every step of the way to make ensure all their needs are met and they can truly relax and enjoy this very special moment in their lives.

Description

Our premier wedding package that includes all your planning, design and coordination needs. From the very beginning, we will be your partner, support system and sounding board - leading the process the entire way. Our full planning and design services create, manage and execute every fine-tuned detail to ensure your vision comes to life that and that is uniquely you.

Our Event Design service includes a full-concept Design Booklet, working within your budget and design aesthetic. We include a team that will manage all rentals and vendors throughout the entire process, day-of set up and tear down.

You have the planning handled, but need some guidance to get you going and an expert day-of coordinator to execute your event.

Our DIY Wedding Planning package is for the couple who desires to plan and manage their wedding independently, yet values professional expertise to ensure every detail is on the right track. This package is designed to provide clarity, structure, and trusted resources, so you can confidently navigate the planning process while keeping full creative control. You will get 2 - 60 minute sessions with this package.

    Mallory is beyond just a wedding/event planner. She takes on so many roles throughout the process and shows up in ways that are above and beyond. I know this because I was lucky enough to have her as my wedding planner. And that title doesn't even cover all that she does! From the very beginning, she was dedicated to listening and understanding our vision and making the process feel smooth, productive, and organized. She was there to answer any and all questions, handle communication with vendors and design the most magical wedding. Mallory's professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to her client's happiness make her more than just a wedding planner! She is 5 steps ahead of everything, I mean she even had our preferred drinks ready for us when we signed our marriage certificate! But truly, and most importantly, Mallory made it so that we could show up, enjoy and celebrate on our big day!
