    Great Experience - Hired Twice!

    Brandy was so wonderful that we worked with her twice! First for our very small wedding during covid and again for our 130 guest, one year anniversary reception. We could not have planned either event without her help. She was incredibly detail oriented and made the planning process smooth and stress free. She is so easy to get along with and gave honest and thoughtful advice when I requested her opinion. She is responsive, professional and a true expert when it comes to event planning. A Planner is responsible for managing all aspects of your wedding, from the initial planning stages to the day-of coordination. They communicate with all of your vendors to ensure the day runs smoothly. A venue coordinator is employed by the wedding venue and focuses solely on the logistics related to the venue itself. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that the venue’s services, such as setup, catering, run smoothly. While they play a crucial role in managing the venue-specific details, their support is limited to tasks directly related to the venue and does not extend to the overall planning or coordination of your wedding.
It’s best to book as early as possible, especially for popular dates. However, we are also happy to accommodate couples with shorter timelines and will work efficiently to bring your vision to life, even with a tight schedule.
We use detailed checklists, timelines, and planning tools to keep everything on track. You’ll have access to all of this, so you can see our progress and feel confident that nothing is being overlooked.
Yes, we offer complete design and styling services to bring your vision to life. Whether you need help with décor, color schemes, or overall aesthetics, we’ll ensure your wedding is beautifully designed and cohesive.
Weddings are full of surprises, but we have seen it all! Our job is to handle any hiccups calmly and discreetly, so you can stay focused on enjoying your day. Whether it’s a sudden weather change or a last-minute vendor issue, We have a plan (and a backup plan) to keep everything on track.
