We partner with each client to provide expert project management and personalized designs from start to finish. She thrives under stressful situations with grace and patience as these skills were further enhanced when she graduated from USC with a BA in Interpersonal Communications and Business Organization. In addition to being an impeccable and obsessively organized coordinator, her passion for flowers led her to become a floral and event designer thus establishing Master Plans Events & Designs as a full-service company in 2009. Her list of events and designs includes high-end weddings and social events, celebrity charity galas, and gifting suites for red carpet events.

Premier Full Service Package: This package is designed for the couple who want assistance with all details of the wedding from concept to completion.

Basic Full-Service Package: This package is designed for the couple who has time to plan most aspects of their wedding but needs guidance throughout the process, giving you the confidence that every detail has been covered so you can step back and take a relax on the special day.

This service provides full production event concept & styling including floral, linens, rentals, lighting, etc. Any services or products are billed separately. The following provisions are included in this service: • Initial Design & Concept meeting • 1st draft review of full vision board • 2nd draft final review, if needed • In Person Design Mock Up • Supervision of event set up and tear down for design related elements

Master Plans Events has produced over 900+ weddings and events. Our process is emphasis in more of full service and white glove service to ensure each detail is discussed and reviewed. We're known to combine our design and wedding/event planning experience under the same company because it keeps all communication streamlined. With formal training and background in florals and event design production, this aspect allows us to provide indepth guidance on your selection process.
We offer options for our couples and clients to select Associates from our team or the Principal Lead. Associates are experienced and trained with Master Plans Events to ensure quality and process are consistent from event to event. Separately, our internal team has Client Services Coordinators who are like a secondary coorindator working along side the main lead as the right hand to answer questions and also send reminders.
Yes, definitely. We provide event services for just about anything: showers, birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations of life, etc.
This depends on which service option is selected as each one also changes based on how much and little leg work is needed. On minimum, our wedding final details process and event day management can be up to 40-60 hours. Design processes can be anywhere from 80 to 150+ hours.
The company can take multiple weddings in a day or weekend, however is limited to each specific lead only so that no one person is doing 2 weddings in the same day.
