Wedding Day Coordination is for couples who have planned their wedding and need a professional to step in, organize the final details, and manage the day.
Yes! Our Destination Wedding Planning is designed for couples traveling to Oʻahu who may not be familiar with local venues, vendors, and logistics. We become your trusted team on the island and help you plan from afar.
We are based on Oʻahu and serve weddings throughout Hawaiʻi. Neighbor island services are available depending on the event, with applicable travel and accommodation fees.

Yes, when appropriate. We can discuss meaningful Hawaiian cultural practices and ceremony elements with you. We approach culture with respect and intention and will never recommend incorporating something simply for appearance or entertainment.
Yes. Officiating is one of the services we offer, including personalized ceremonies and vow renewals. We can also discuss ceremony elements such as the Maile Lei Ceremony and Ka Wai Paʻa Ceremony.
Yes. We offer select rentals, handcrafted ceremony arches, event styling, our Lei Bar, and custom event pieces. Availability and pricing depend on your event design and needs.
We provide professional bartending and bar service, but clients are responsible for purchasing and providing their alcohol. We’ll help you understand what is needed for your bar service and celebration, subject to venue and applicable requirements.
Our Micro Wedding & Elopement services are designed for intimate celebrations of 50 guests or fewer.
