Hi! My name is Kayli, and I’m a certified wedding and event professional dedicated to bringing dream celebrations to life. I earned my CWEP certification from Lovegevity’s Wedding Planning Institute and founded Kayli Allen Events. I believe weddings and events are some of life’s most meaningful moments. My passion is making sure clients can be fully present and enjoy every second of their celebration while I handle the logistics behind the scenes. My mission is to help create thoughtful, memorable celebrations clients will look back on with joy.

I understand that weddings are more than just celebrations. They are one of the most special moments in life where you are surrounded and being celebrated by your loved ones. I recognize the importance of these moments and being fully present in them, and that's exactly what I want to give my clients. Our partial planning services are perfect for couples who need professional guidance in the months approaching and on their big day! You will receive assistance on everything from vendor recommendations and contract reviewals, to design ideas and assistance, to full day-of event management, coordination, set-up and tear-down assistance, and more! Planning a wedding can be a lot, and having a professional to guide you makes all the difference!

Our day-of coordination package is perfect for couples who prefer to plan wedding on their own, but want themselves and their loved to be fully present during their big day. With day-of coordination, you will receive timeline curation, vendor and guest management, full day-of event management and coordination, and more! If you want to ensure your wedding goes seamlessly without having to worry about the details, this service is for you!

    Kayli is the BEST! She feels more like a supportive friend than someone working for/with you. She always answered my crazy messages, showed up for me in big ways, and helped with everything the day of. I was less stressed than I could have ever imagined on my wedding day thanks to her.
