Full wedding Concept & Decor Design: Creation of a cohesive visual theme. Venue & Vendor Selection: Guidance from start to finish with sourcing, contract negotiations, and managing vendor schedules. Budget Management: Assistance with creating and maintaining a financial plan for your event. Event Logistics & Production: Seamless execution and management of the event timeline, floor plans, and on-site setup and teardown.

Vendor Management: Assistance in booking additional vendors and taking over communication and contract reviews. Event Concept & Design: Full-service design options spanning prop sourcing, styling, and decor. Timeline & Floor Plans: Development of detailed master timelines. Month-Of & Day-Of Coordination: Complete event management on your big day, serving as the point of contact for vendors and directing the flow of the entire

Logistics & Timeline Management: We take over the reins leading up to the wedding, reviewing your schedules, layouts, and managing all vendor communications so you aren't fielding last-minute questions. Rehearsal & Ceremony Direction: We attend and direct rehearsals. On-the-Day Management: We serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors and manage the schedule of events (reception transitions, first dances, toasts, etc.).

    Simply thank you again for the flawless work done by you guys. The way you executed the vision, it was so classy! iDEQOR did all our design & our bridal party bouquets and it was just to die for. We also worked with them for our planning, and we wouldn't have done it with anyone else. Thank you for helping us with budgeting, and great vendors and we can't forget the great recs on saving cost on florals, omg!! :) We are truly glad we trusted their direction, and everything was simply magnificent.
