From the moment I first reached out, Michele was empathetic, effective, and trustworthy, making the entire process stress-free and authentic. Michele thoughtfully offered to order and deliver leis for us, which ended up being such a lovely, personal touch. When I asked if she would be willing to hike up with us to our ceremony location, she enthusiastically agreed without hesitation.
