Description	For this package, clients communicate only with us. You don't have to communicate and manage many different vendors. We do budget management and offer event decor tips so your wedding will look cohesive and stylish. In addition to online wedding management tool, we offer creating free wedding website and manage RSVPs online.	We start taking over communication with each vendor for the final 3 months of your wedding. Unlimited numbers of meetings and email consultation during the 3 months. We are also available to answer questions throughout the planning process. Online wedding planning management tool. Initial consultation in details plus all day-of wedding coordination is included.	For overseas destination wedding couples, we offer to create custom all-inclusive plans and make vendors & venue payments on behalf of our clients. Clients communicate only with us. Our fee structure is percentage of the wedding cost to compensate for planning hours plus a flat fee to cover the staff's hours on the day of wedding. The total cost varies depending on the venue and size of the wedding.	For couples who have done (wish to do) most of their wedding planning but want to have someone experienced and professional to take over in finalizing the planning, make sure all details are executed, everything goes smoothly, and to handle any last-minute issues on the wedding day so that you can relax and enjoy the day without being stressed out. We offer an initial consultation meeting (virtual or in person) after the contract.

Thanks to Sugako, our wedding was not only successful, but a truly special day that came together more beautifully than we could have ever imagined. We absolutely recommend her to anyone seeking an experienced, organized, and most importantly, caring planner for their event. From start to finish, we had so much fun with the planning process and felt confident knowing that her years of experience and expertise were there to guide us. Although we selected her “day-of coordination” package, she answered our questions and provided insightful suggestions throughout the entire process. Around two months out, she stepped in to help us finalize everything and coordinate with all of the vendors. Having that support was invaluable as it relieved a lot of our stress leading up to the day. Sugako is incredibly thorough - we had two in-depth meetings to make sure every detail was in place and everyone was on the same page. She created a floor plan and timeline so that we and our families knew exactly what to expect going into the big day. And she takes care of the littlest details - down to cleaning and spraying the leaves of our DIY orchid centerpieces (a small thing that made a HUGE difference). When the day finally came, we were able to fully relax and enjoy it stress-free, knowing that she and her skilled team were keeping things running smoothly. Their presence was confident and reassuring without being overbearing, and they created a positive atmosphere - no one was stressing out or rushing around. Keiko - who stayed with us throughout the afternoon, ensuring we felt comfortable and looked great - is truly a gem. The entire team managed everything seamlessly while keeping us and our families at the heart of the day and ensuring the celebration felt like our own. Above all else, Sugako is a genuine, kindhearted person and a pleasure to work with. We felt so comfortable and cared for throughout the entire process. We truly appreciated that she took the time to understand our vision for the day and bring it to life. She’s incredible at what she does and we’re so grateful for all of her hard work to make our wedding everything we’d hoped for and more!

Sugako was INCREDIBLE to work with. I was a destination bride and my entire wedding was traveling from the mainland. I booked the venue and all of the vendors sight unseen so there was a lot of anxiety going into how it would all pan out. When I arrived, oh my goodness. Words cannot describe how on top of things Sugako was. I texted her multiple times, at any time of the day, leading up to the wedding and she was prompt and had the answers to everything. The vision came to life more than I could’ve imagined. Destination brides- this is your girl. You will not have to worry about a single thing. Sugako we loved you!!! Cannot rave about her services enough as a wedding coordinator.

We had our wedding at the Kahala Hotel and Resort, and having Sugako as our coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, she was kind, organized, and incredibly knowledgeable. She offered so much helpful advice, from how to set up the welcome table to what typically works best for layouts and day of timeline, which made the planning process so much smoother. On the wedding day, Sugako and her team were amazing. She had three other coordinators working alongside her, and their support made everything feel effortless. I had a dedicated coordinator with me the entire day, helping with my dress as I walked through the hotel, keeping everything on track while we were getting ready, and making sure the photographer captured all the key shots. Another coordinator was there to guide us through all the family photos after the ceremony, which made things go quickly and smoothly. Thanks to Sugako and her incredible team, the entire day flowed perfectly, and we were able to truly relax and enjoy every moment. If you’re getting married, I can’t recommend Sugako and her team enough. She made our day absolutely amazing!
