With 15 years running high volume hospitality operations, I know how to read a room before anything goes wrong. I’m handling the family dynamics, the vendor running late, and the decisions that need answers before you even know they came up. I’m fully hands on, and by the end of the night I promise I’ll be best friends with your parents too trust me lol Inquiries are answered same day because I know timing matters when you’re planning something this big. Best bridal bestie!!
Working with Ever After by Keke made our wedding planning process so much easier than we expected. Keke's communication was clear and quick—she always got back to us fast and answered our questions in a way that made sense. She took on all the stress of coordinating details and kept us on a timeline that actually worked for our lives, which meant we could just enjoy the experience instead of feeling overwhelmed. Happily Ever After
I can't write enough great things to say about Kelsey and her company Ever After by Keke. My now wife and I were struggling to get things planned for our wedding reception. We began the process with some nice wins but found out very quickly that this would be a much larger task than we imagined. We were referred to Kelsey by a family member and from Day 1 she turned what was a major stressor in our lives to becoming the best asset we had going for us. She was amazing at coordinating every aspect of the process with us, our vendors, and the venue. It wasn't easy. There were a lot of moving parts but at each point Kelsey helped with any and all questions that came her way. Whether it was contacting the vendors, or making sure the venue was ok with certain changes, she made sure to keep us up to date on everything. She was even able to give us both a photobooth and DJ recommendation when the original parties had to back out 2 weeks before our party. With all of this said, she somehow outshined all of the planning and prep processes by being an absolute rockstar on the day of the reception. We had a very tight window to get things set up and decorated. Kelsey and her team did an INCREDIBLE job and made our day more than we had ever imagined. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Whether it was communication, being our therapist for certain issues, giving us recs, and executing the day of she was most professional person we could have hired. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I can’t recommend Kelsey enough! She personalized my bridal shower backdrop with the cutest Barbie font and also created the welcome mirror for my wedding. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she made sure everything was exactly how I envisioned it. She’s so easy to collaborate with, responsive, and genuinely cares about her work. On top of that, her pricing is very reasonable for the quality she delivers. I would absolutely work with her again and recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful custom event signage and decor!

Keke was and is a gem to work with! She is detailed oriented, on top of everything, and makes sure everyone from the couple, guests, & vendors are comfortable & having a good time! She’s especially great at navigating guests from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception transitions! (SO important) We got to work with her as a vendor and she directed us and kept us posted with the timeline throughout the event which is always so helpful! LOVED working with Keke! Hoping to work more events with her!
