I've been coordinating events since 2011. I've had the privilege of being part of celebrations, from intimate gatherings to large weddings. What I love most about weddings is that no two couples are alike. Every love story is unique, and I believe every wedding should reflect the personalities, dreams, and priorities of the couple getting married. I'm passionate about the little details that make a wedding feel special, but even more than that, I love being the person couples can count on. Along with wedding coordination, I offer a selection of wedding décor rentals. I enjoy helping couples create beautiful celebrations while being mindful of their budgets. I believe a wedding doesn't have to come with an overwhelming price tag.

With over 1,000 weddings and special events coordinated since 2011, I bring experience that goes beyond traditional wedding coordination. I've owned and operated wedding venues, managed venues for others, and consulted with those opening new venues. This unique background allows me to anticipate challenges, manage details, and ensure a seamless celebration. I also offer beautiful, affordable décor rentals to help couples bring their vision to life. My passion is creating unforgettable celebrations while allowing couples and their families to relax, feel supported, and truly enjoy their special day!

I also have a trusted team of experienced assistant coordinators I've worked with for years. Depending on your wedding's size and needs, they may join me to provide additional support. In the rare event that illness or an unforeseen emergency prevents me from attending, a trusted member of my team will step in. Absolutely! In addition to weddings, I have extensive experience planning and coordinating a wide variety of special events, including bridal showers, baby showers, rehearsal dinners, graduation parties, quinceañeras, birthday celebrations, family reunions, and funerals or celebrations of life. Whether it's an intimate gathering or a large celebration, I bring the same attention to detail, creativity, and personal care to every event. I love helping families celebrate life's meaningful moments and create lasting memories!
Your time commitment will depend on the services you choose. Full-service planning typically involves an initial 1–2 hour consultation, regular planning meetings, and ongoing communication. Partial planning generally includes 2–4 meetings, while wedding-day coordination typically requires 1–2 meetings to finalize details and timelines. I'll clearly outline expectations, responsibilities, and time commitments before we begin, so you'll know exactly what to expect. My goal is to make planning efficient, enjoyable, and stress-free!
While I have the experience and ability to coordinate multiple events in a day or weekend, I've found that I prefer to focus on one wedding at a time, ideally one per weekend. I genuinely enjoy building relationships with my couples, getting to know their personalities, and understanding what matters most to them. By limiting the number of weddings I take on, I'm able to give each couple the personalized attention, care, and dedication they deserve. I want you to feel like a priority, never just another event on my calendar!
I recommend reaching out as soon as you've secured your wedding date and venue. Popular wedding dates can book quickly, especially during Arizona's peak wedding season. However, I also welcome last-minute inquiries! If your date is available, I'd love to help, whether your wedding is a year away or just a few weeks around the corner.
