I plan the wedding, so you can live the wedding. I am Karli, owner and lead planner of Ecklectic Events. Eight years in the St. Augustine wedding market, on first-name terms with the biggest venues in town. My couples find me at three different points: newly engaged with no venue yet, six months out with a venue and a list of decisions, or sixty days out with vendors booked and a day that has not been built. The package you book depends on which one you are. The way I run your wedding day does not change.

I’m always thinking three steps ahead so you never have to. I anticipate what you’ll need before you even realize it, smoothing transitions, preventing stress, and protecting the peaceful flow of your day. My goal is for you to feel completely supported and fully present while I quietly handle everything behind the scenes.

Description

This package is for the couple nine to twelve months out starting from a date and a vision. I take the planning from the first conversation through to the last toast. By the time the wedding day arrives, every detail looks intentional because every detail was chosen together.

This package is for the couple six to nine months out with the venue locked and vendor decisions still ahead. The middle path between hiring full and figuring it out alone.

This package is for the couples that want a small, intimate wedding with 30 guests or less.

This package is for the couple who has done the planning and needs the wedding day held together. Starting 60 to 90 days out, I take the file from them and run it.

    Best of the best!

    I cannot thank Karli enough for how smoothly our wedding day went! She is such a caring and kind person who excels at her job. Her attention to detail and organizational skills made the day go smooth like butter. She is an absolute rock star and my husband and I both agree that we couldn’t have done it without her. Thank you so much Karli, you are incredible!!!!

    Absolutely the BEST coordinator out there!

    Karli and her team are the embodiment of professionalism, organization, and calm in the middle of a storm. Karli was there with me and my husband from the final walk through with our venue to the very end of our wedding. She helped advocate for me when I didn't feel like I could speak up for myself. If there was ever an issue, I (the bride) didn't know about it and Karli handled everything. There were also zero issues other than a flower wall that wasn't cooperating because Karli made sure that everyone and everything was in its place well before the event began. The peace of mind that came with trusting Karli and her team was life changing. My husband and I got to enjoy our wedding 100% stress free and the night was absolutely PERFECT!!! If you are getting married, I HIGHLY recommend Karli to help keep your wedding perfect and stress free. Karli also got photos of our wedding which we cherished for 2 months before our wedding photographer even graced us with a preview of our photos. It is the little things like these photos that Karli is already thinking of for you without you even having to ask.

    The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding! Hiring Ecklectic Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, Karli stood out she responded quickly when we first started looking for a planner and went above and beyond to answer all our questions even before we officially signed a contract. That level of care and professionalism made us feel so confident and supported right away. Our wedding at The White Room in St. Augustine was everything we dreamed of and more. Karli was calm, organized, and always one step ahead, handling every little detail behind the scenes so we could just enjoy our day. One of my biggest requests was wanting to see the ballroom before our guests entered, and Karli made sure it happened. Walking into that space and seeing how beautifully she brought our vision to life was such a special, emotional moment. We also wanted to do something different and skip the traditional first dance instead, we did a first game of Mario Kart, and Karli fully supported our idea! She helped make sure everything went smoothly, and it ended up being such a fun, memorable highlight of the night. Our guests loved it, and it felt so true to us as a couple. Karli truly went above and beyond for us every detail was perfect, the timeline ran seamlessly, and she made us feel completely taken care of from start to finish.     Best coordinator ever

    As a groom, it was nice to know that Karli took care of us. My wife did not complain once about Karli or ever worry about anything. Karli would reply to her at 9:00 PM on a Friday night for a random late thought she had. Karli puts her brides first and having a planner take care of all these little things made our wedding even more enjoyable. So if you don’t want to deal with the little headaches and vendors, book Ecklectic Events for your wedding. Highly recommend!!
