Our wedding was everything we dreamed it to be and more and I owe that to Esme and her team. She seamlessly executed my vision and made me feel stress free, which allowed me to be fully present. She guided me through each step and gave me several options throughout the process. Her organization and attention to every detail made us totally comfortable that nothing would be missed. She is truly talented and listens to all your thoughts, ideas, and concerns and makes sure that not one detail goes unnoticed. Every one of our guests called it a fairy tale wedding and I truly thank her for that compliment. Esme started out as our planner and we are now grateful to call her a friend. Detail oriented planner with flexibility.

Esme and her team are so great at many things, from small details to the extravagant she is on top of making sure everything is perfect. Her approach to ethnic and famliy traditions allows your heritage to shine through. She's so great at this. I highly recommend hiring Esme.

My now-husband and I first discovered Bodamaestra through our venue’s list of preferred day-of coordinators. We were required by the venue to select one of these coordinators and truthfully, it’s the only reason we looked into having a day-of coordinator/planner at all. But now looking back, I am so grateful to our venue for having this requirement that ended up leading us to Esme, as this was possibly the best decision we made concerning our wedding. We ended up contracting Esme for planning, design, and florals. If she had offered more services than those, I’m sure we would have booked her for anything and everything!! Every time we spoke with her was productive, reassuring, and friendly. She listened to us on what we wanted and found ways to make it happen with the budget we had, but she also was able to offer suggestions and guidance concerning the things we weren’t sure about. She was behind us every step of the way for over a year of our planning journey, with scheduled planning sessions over video, as well as lots of email communication. She kept on top of us with reminders concerning schedule, and was always quick to bring up things that we had never considered before. On the day of, Esme was everywhere all at once! One moment that stands out is when I had a tricky moment with my dress, and as if summoned magically, Esme appeared, sewing kit in hand, ready to fix the problem! This is just one small thing; there were a million things that Esme managed over the months leading up to the wedding day, and a million more things on the day itself. We simply couldn’t have done it without her. Thanks to Esme, I had the wedding of my girlhood dreams, and I’ll never forget it. I highly, highly recommend booking Esme as your planner for your day of!
