After getting married myself, I absolutely fell in love with wedding planning! I loved bringing all the little details together and seeing everything come to life. I started Bloom & Co. Weddings because I know how stressful wedding planning can be, and I wanted to be the extra hand brides need. My goal is to take some of that stress off your shoulders, keep everything organized, and make sure your wedding day feels just like you dreamed it would! I’m here to help with the details, the timeline, and everything in between so you can enjoy your day and make memories that last a lifetime.

What sets me apart is the relationship I build with my couples. I don’t want to feel like just another vendor I want you to feel like I’m on your team. I get to know you, your vision, and what matters most to you so that when your wedding day arrives, you know you have someone you trust who will take care of anything that comes up. My goal is for you to feel supported, comfortable, and completely confident that I’ve got you!

    We truly cannot say enough good things about Kaelyn with Bloom & Co. Weddings. She was absolutely amazing and made our wedding day run so smoothly. We didn’t have to worry about what was happening or what needed to be done because she was already on top of it. We really believe the Lord handpicked Kaelyn to be our wedding coordinator. Our faith was the biggest part of our wedding, and one of our favorite moments was looking over during our time of worship and seeing Kaelyn worshipping and praising the Lord with us. That was so precious to us and something we’ll never forget. She didn’t just show up and do her job. She cared about our day and understood how important it was to us to keep the Lord at the center of it. Kaelyn, thank you for everything you did for us and for being such a special part of our wedding day. We are so thankful the Lord chose you to be the one to help us through it. We would recommend her over and over again!

    The Perfect July Wedding

    Kaelyn was absolutely amazing throughout the entire wedding planning process! We hired her for day of coordination and she went above and beyond! From phone calls, walk through, and day of she was so attentive and made sure that everything was the way we had envisioned. Day of she helped the day go extremely smooth and allowed my husband and I to stay present the entire day! We couldn’t have asked for anything better. She helped make the day perfect!
