With a background in surgical technology, I’ve mastered staying calm under pressure and thinking three steps ahead — skills that translate perfectly to wedding day coordination.     Erica was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. From our very first conversation, she brought so much positivity, organization, and genuine care to every detail. Throughout the planning process, she was prompt, professional, and incredibly easy to communicate with. She was always one step ahead and ready with thoughtful suggestions that made the entire experience feel effortless. On the wedding day itself, Erica was truly a lifesaver. When the weather threw us a curveball, she handled everything with such calm confidence, reorganizing and coordinating on the fly to make sure the ceremony and reception were still absolutely beautiful. She worked seamlessly with all of our vendors, anticipating needs before we even noticed them, and kept everything running perfectly behind the scenes so that we could simply enjoy the day.
