Starting 12+ months prior, we guide you through the planning process with tools like Aisle Planner, a curated design plan, vendor coordination, budgeting, and personalized timelines. On the wedding day, we manage all logistics, setup, and breakdown, ensuring a flawless celebration.

Ideal for couples with a venue, some vendors, and a vision but feeling overwhelmed by the details. Starting 6+ months prior, we guide you through planning with tools like Honeybook and Aisle Planner, budget management, vendor coordination, and timelines.     Better2Gether Was the Best Decision

    Jenna at Better2Gether is, without question, the absolute BEST wedding coordinator. From the very first Zoom call we had together, I just knew she was my person. I had interviewed other coordinators, but there was something so genuine, calming, organized, and reassuring about Jenna that immediately stood out to me. From that moment on, I knew I wanted her by my side throughout this journey. I had A LOT of ideas for our wedding day — and not always the simplest ideas either. I brought Jenna so many different thoughts, visions, details, and creative touches that I’m sure there were moments she may have thought, “How are we going to pull all of this off?” But somehow, she and her incredible team made every single piece come together beautifully and seamlessly. What looked effortless on the wedding day was only possible because of how talented, organized, experienced, and dedicated Jenna truly is. One of the things I appreciated most was how supported and cared for I felt throughout the entire process. During the last month and a half leading up to our wedding, our venue went through two major staff turnovers, which created so much unexpected stress and uncertainty. While I was worried about all the moving pieces behind the scenes, Jenna remained calm, confident, and reassuring every step of the way. I still remember her telling me not to worry because she had it handled and that I would not feel any of that chaos on our wedding day — and she was absolutely right. She protected our experience and allowed us to truly enjoy every moment. What meant the most to me was how much she genuinely cared. She listened. She supported me. She helped bring my vision to life while keeping me calm and excited through the process. Planning this wedding with Jenna became such a special part of the experience for me, and I truly cherish the time we spent together creating such an unforgettable day. Our wedding day went by so quickly, but it was absolutely magical, and it’s a day we still talk and laugh about often — especially remembering all my crazy ideas and how Jenna somehow made every one of them come together perfectly. I have already told my daughter that whenever she gets married one day, she HAS to use Jenna. That’s how strongly I feel about her and the experience she created for us.     Leave it Jenna, you won’t regret it!

    From the moment we met Jenna from Better2gether Events team, we knew we were in good hands. Their communication style was educational, informative, and a pleasure. Moreover, they always stayed on top of things, which was a huge relief during the wedding planning process. The quality of their work and value they provided was truly expert - they were incredibly organized and paid close attention to every detail. When it looked like it might rain on our wedding day, Jenna came up with creative solutions and presented all of the scenarios to us so we could make the best decision. They also protected us from any vendor issues and got problems resolved behind the scenes so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Jenna and her team worked so hard to make our day perfect and the end result showed. She will also go above beyond because she is just a wonderful person. She helped us get back on our feet when we lost our home in a wildfire shortly after the wedding. We'll never forget their kindness and support. Wedding coordination begins 6-8 weeks before your wedding, where we bring together your vendors, timeline, and vision to ensure everything unfolds seamlessly. While we can step in at any stage, we love partnering with you right from your engagement! As your Creative Designer and Lead Planner, we guide you in selecting your venue and vendors, crafting a stunning design, managing your budget, and handling all the behind-the-scenes details. Our process isn’t just about planning—it’s a collaborative experience tailored to your needs. Let’s make your wedding truly Better2gether!
We take pride in our commitment to excellence, and to ensure that each couple receives our undivided attention. We limit our bookings to one wedding per weekend. This exclusive approach allows us to focus on the unique details of your celebration, ensuring a personalized and unforgettable experience.
Yes. There is a Lead Planner + Designer on your wedding day along with one assistant unless contracted in advance for additional assistances based on final headcount. From arrival to departure, Better2gether will be there every step of the way.
By emailing, calling or filling out the contact form on our website. We will schedule a complimentary phone consultation with you to make sure we are a good fit and we can meet your needs. Most consultations take about 1 hour. To secure us for your wedding, there is a 25% non-refundable retainer due upon booking with signed contract. Thereafter, 50% due at 90 days prior to your wedding date, and a final headcount and final payment due one week before the wedding itself.
We will absolutely work with your choice of vendors. However, we have a great team of preferred licensed and insured vendors that we work with should you need any referrals.
Short answer - No. Our primary focus is ensuring the seamless flow of your special day. While we are more than happy to setup specific placement-ready details that we agree upon prior to the wedding day such as guest book, signage, place cards, and gifts/welcome table. Our commitment remains centered on managing the overall coordination. To alleviate the need for clients to enlist family and friends for additional tasks, we connect our couples with professional vendors who excel in their roles. We will be there from start to finish and complete a final walk-thru at the end of the night to make sure nothing is left behind.
