Hi there, I’m Zaida and I’m a full time wedding, portrait and lifestyle photographer (yes, I do destination weddings) based in Fredericksburg, VA and I do travel wherever you need me! I am married to a handsome man and I’m also a mom. I am from the Dominican Republic, raised in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. I capture special moments with creativity and a uniqueness that separates me from the rest. I love to travel, spend time with my husband, play with my little ones, eat and I have a sweet tooth!

Through photography I have found my niche capturing precious moments at weddings and people. I’m not about those awkward “poses”. I wanna create together and dig deeper so I can capture photos of you for who you actually are. I want to capture the little things and the big feelings. I wanna give you something you’ll look back on again, and again that will take you back to these precious moments. There is nothing more rewarding than being able to hold together moments that will be gone in seconds.

    I scheduled wedding very short notice (like 2 or 3 weeks). Not only did Zaida step up to the challenge but she did an amazing job. She is understanding, creative and very accommodating. The photos are beautiful. We are big into capturing genuine moments and she delivered. All of that in addition to regular "pose" photos!

    Trusting in Zaida to capture every precious moment of our big day was the best decision we made for our wedding!
