I want them all, because I would want nothing less for myself, and because this part of your life, even if it isn’t exactly what you thought it would be, might be the most beautiful piece of all.

    Beautiful encapsulation of our perfect day

    From our first conversation, Vanessa Ray made us feel heard and asked thoughtful questions that showed she really cared about capturing our day. She was kind and professional throughout the entire process, and her pricing was incredibly reasonable for everything she delivered before, during, and after the wedding. What meant the most to us was how she helped our daughters feel involved and seen in the celebration, and how wonderful she was with our parents, especially our older dads. She has such a sharp eye for detail and caught adorable moments between us that we would have completely missed. The photos are stunning and truly exceeded what we expected for the cost. We can't recommend Vanessa Ray Photography enough.

    Vanessa catches the incandescent moments of love

    Vanessa got my now-husband and me to laugh and smile while being photographed for our engagement shoot (a difficult feat indeed!) and has been our go-to photographer for going on 10 years. She is the reason we have lovely photos of our kids from when they were babies, and has managed to capture the big and small moments of our love and family for years. The best thing about Vanessa is how much she loves connecting with people and their stories, and catching the moments (in photograph form) that show us what treasured people we are. She cares, and it shows in her work.

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Sometimes, I’ll recommend adding a second photographer for your wedding day. This is usually based on the size of your wedding or if you have several locations that might need simultaneous coverage.
No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful.
