SolPine Studios

SolPine Studios is the two of us, Jillian and Ethan, photographing weddings, elopements, and engagements across Colorado from our home base in Denver. We work all over the state, from full-day celebrations in Boulder and Colorado Springs to first-light elopements in Rocky Mountain National Park. Our work sits at the intersection of editorial and documentary. We shape and direct when a moment needs it, like portraits in golden light or the moment before a first look, and then we step back and let the day happen on its own when it doesn't.

Film and digital, both included. Most galleries arrive with a blend of 35mm, medium format on the days Ethan joins, and color-true digital. Film carries a softness and texture digital can't quite replicate, and the mix keeps your gallery from looking dated five years from now. A small calendar, on purpose. We cap our year at 24 weddings. Not for prestige, but because it keeps us present with every couple we say yes to. By the time your wedding day comes around, we'll know your dog's name, your timeline anxieties, and what kind of light your venue has at 4:47 p.m. in October.
