I like taking photos almost as much as I *love* connecting with people. I've been in this industry long enough to navigate any wedding day curveball with ease and a laugh, but not so long that I've grown tired or disillusioned with the beauty of weddings. I love love, I love people, I love working hard for them, and I really love film.

I've built and rebuilt this business several times. Not to make it profitable, or trendy, but to make it a job worth giving a damn about. Six years ago I began incorporating film into my wedding work and never looked back. There's an intentionality, a slowing of pace, and a shared excitement between me and my clients to get the scans back from the lab. On a wedding day, I'm your most cheerful shadow. I move quick but keep the calm, I cuss a bit more than I should admit, I believe wholly in the power of imperfection, and I'd really like to meet you.

    I've second-shot weddings with Sally for years now, and I can tell you exactly what your day looks like with her behind the camera: calm, organized, and genuinely fun. She's the photographer who has your timeline memorized, your family wrangled with a smile, and your grandma laughing in candids you didn't even know were happening. Then the gallery lands and you're hit eith all the beauty and emotions from that day all over again.. but x10, because now you're seeing it through hers. As someone who does this work myself, I notice things most people don't - her eye, her ethic, the way couples light up around her. I'd trust her with my own wedding in a heartbeat.

In my 12 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
Typically, couples book me 8-12 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame. I book plenty of clients within 6 months of their wedding date, so if you are feeling behind, don't worry!
My turnaround time varies by season. All clients receive a robust sneak peek album in 3 days or less. Typically, you’ll be able to view, download, and share your full gallery of digital and film photos online 6-8 weeks after your wedding.
Definitely. All digital images will be edited in my film inspired style, ensuring clean skin tones, rich greens, and colors that match the season and location of your wedding. Your film images are color corrected by my lab partner, and edited as needed to ensure professional results.
No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. I have colleagues who offer phenomenal video services that I am happy to connect you with! whether you want sweeping drone footage or classic Super-8 nostalgia, I will help you find a fabulous videographer.
Sometimes, when the occasion calls for extra eyes! While most weddings are just me, larger parties or multiple locations can benefit from a second photographer or an assistant. I'll work with you during consultation and planning to make the best decision for your wedding.
