    John is seriously incredible

I could not have asked for a better wedding photographer. My husband is in the military so we never got a chance to meet John or do an engagement shoot before the wedding day—it didn’t matter. John was so easy to be around, both my husband and I immediately felt like he was one of the group. (So did all of our wedding party) My husband, who normally doesn’t exactly enjoy picture taking, even admitted he had a ton of fun taking pictures because John made it such a blast. It felt so natural and easy. The pictures were absolutely beautiful and felt like he really captured the essence of the day. I’m so grateful we had a friend recommend him and I would 1000% recommend him to anyone.

Great photos, great to work with!

Can't say enough good about John -- just as personable as his genuine photos reflect!

Typically, couples book me about 6-12 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame. I'm flexible, usually, so it doesn't hurt to ask!
Yes! Though it requires an extra charge.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also skim out the weird ones (eye's closed, people eating, funny expressions) so that they never see the light of day!
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of shooting. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
In my 12 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to shoot your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
I always recommend a second photographer. It allows for much greater coverage, particularly during wedding preparations and the ceremony.
