I want to respectfully clarify a few things publicly, as there are statements being made that are not fully accurate. Your wedding gallery was delivered within the turnaround timeframe outlined in the contract. The engagement session was the only gallery that experienced a delay. The wedding film was delivered one day later than originally expected due to an unexpected work schedule change that affected the final delivery timing. I also want to address the statement that I “lied” regarding my email. I had informed multiple clients at the time about my updated email address and genuinely believed that information had also been communicated to you. There was never any intentional dishonesty or attempt to mislead you. Throughout our time working together, I continued communicating, editing, and delivering work even while experiencing serious personal and medical circumstances behind the scenes. I also provided additional assistance with timeline planning and other areas that went beyond my required responsibilities because I genuinely cared about your wedding experience. Although the engagement session gallery experienced a delay, I still made efforts to make up for that by providing a complimentary engagement album at no additional cost as a goodwill gesture. Throughout our time working together, I genuinely did try to go above and beyond in multiple areas because I cared deeply about delivering meaningful memories and a positive experience overall. In regard to the wedding film itself, the editing style and overall quality reflected the same type of work that had already been publicly shown in portfolio examples prior to booking. At the end of the day, I believe we simply were not the right fit or fully aligned, and that can happen on both sides. I sincerely wish you the best moving forward, and I respectfully ask that any public statements made about me or my business remain truthful and fair.
