We are Lei and Kris Todd, your photographers for Makamae Moments, LLC. We're a newlywed couple who’ve been together for over a decade. Our love story that started right here on the island of Oʻahu, where we were both born and raised. As proud graduates from the heart of Kalihi, our roots run deep, and so does our love for storytelling through photography. What began as a casual hobby of snapping photos on our travels, slowly grew into something much more. Now, it’s our passion and purpose... capturing life’s most precious moments for others.

We genuinely love connecting with couples and families, learning about what makes each bond special. These conversations help us understand the heart of your story, which guides us as we thoughtfully curate your gallery. Whether it’s a first date, a wedding day, or a little one’s first birthday, we believe every chapter deserves to be remembered. To us, a photograph isn’t just a picture, it’s a way to preserve the feeling, the laughter, the love. Sometimes, all it takes is a single image to bring you right back to that beautiful moment.

    Amazing people and pictures 10/10

    From the moment we first spoke with Makamae Moments, LLC, we knew we had found the perfect photographers. Their communication style was professional, friendly, and respectful, and they were clearly knowledgeable about their craft. The quality of their work was simply amazing - they were able to capture stunning, vibrant photos even in dimly lit situations, and were quick to get started when we were running a bit behind schedule. The final photos brought tears of joy to our families, and we will absolutely be booking them again in the future for any other special occasions. Makamae Moments, LLC made our wedding day that much more special, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
