I am a wedding & lifestyle photographer who’s work is from a place of lifelong love for my camera. I create work that is rooted in authentic moments, emotion and documentary style vignettes to tell the story of the day. Based on Martha’s Vineyard (but always ready to travel.) This island has formed my everyday inspiration which is filled with time by the ocean whether beach dinners or a winter walk, summer sunsets with my people, and time in nature. It has helped me find my individual and artistic voice before stepping into photographing weddings.

My documentary style approach to weddings is what keeps these images nostalgic, timeless and artistic all at once. The knowledge of when to expect the important shots while also leaving room to see the unexpected “movie-magic” moments that happened solely because of you. My combination of multiple film & digital mediums (prepare to see 5+ cameras on me all day & pockets full of film) come together to paint a creative, telling and romanticized vision for your photographs.

    Bright, fun, beautiful photos

    Bella has an eye for natural beauty that shines in her work. She was so sweet and easy to get along with. She made us feel so comfortable. If natural, glowy, bright, and joyful is the photo style you want for your wedding she’s the perfect fit.

    Wedding planners dream!

    Bella worked so wonderfully on wedding day. Capturing all the special moments and bringing the total vision to life! She's so easy to communicate with, she just gets it. I was so grateful to have her as part of the team and hope I have to the pleasure to work with her again.

    Amazing editorial wedding photographer

    Bella was incredible! She made my husband and I so comfortable throughout the whole day and the moments she captured came out beautifully! She shot using a combination of film and digital which was unique and we loved the cinematic results! I highly recommend her!

I absolutely edit all of my images! Editing is an important step in telling the story, my editing style is revolved around making things look true to color!
I provide a sneak peak 1-7 days after your event! my full galleries typically get delivered within 2 months. I always outline delivery time in the contract we both sign so you know what your expectations should be!
I have never had to do this! While this would be the worst case scenario for both of us there are solutions if this ever had to happen. The only way this would happen is if something extremely substantial has happened. I would provide you with a list of trusted photographers I have personally worked with to you! I would also be reaching out to all of them to make sure the would be open for your date. Would never want to make a couple feel alone in this endeavor and would be able to relax when I knew your date was going to be photographed by someone that aligns with what you need!
Usually around 1-2 years is typical but with weddings changing or people eloping sometimes plans can come together quickly! Always reach out as soon as you know of your date to see if my schedule is open.
In a sneak peek I deliver 75-100 photos. For the final gallery I usually end up at around 700-1000 images. This can always vary based on timing, guest count, film rolls shot or lots of other factors.
This is a beyond important question!! I shoot on a dual card system which means 2 separate cards are having copies of your photos being saved onto them which protects you from having a card having a malfunction! After the event your photos are downloaded onto my computers hard drive and then back up onto an external drive. This equals 4 sets of your images until I have delivered your sneak peak and all photos have been culled through.
Light always changes throughout even minute of a wedding day and that means being prepared to keep up! I am very used to switching from dark indoor getting ready setups, to harsh direct sun at the first look or ceremony and finally flash on the dance floor!
