    We were very disappointed with the services provided by In Lens Photography for our wedding. We were excited to work with Kimberly and found her to be very friendly, but the photos she took of our wedding day did not live up to the standard we were promised. The amount of photos we received was 625, when 700 photos was outlined in the contract BEFORE we added a second shooter for 4 hours. Even with a second photographer, Kimberly was unable to deliver the contracted amount. When we asked if she had more photos she could send she blamed my husband and I for not wanting to pose for more photos after over 2 hours of group photos. When we spoke to Kimberly initially, she said she could achieve a “documentary style” and focus more on candid photos of us and our guests interacting, which would not have required us to pose for more photos. The photos we did receive were sent over three months after the wedding and only after several check-ins asking when we could expect the photos. Throughout the planning process she was not very responsive, sometimes taking over a week to answer emails. Lighting in several group photos was so bad that the pictures are unusable. When we mentioned this to Kimberly she again tried to place blame on my husband and I, saying we told her we were ok with taking photos there. We are not professional photographers and only she could see through her lens. In the end, I think we trusted that Kimberly was more professional and experienced than she turned out to be. Many of the important moments and details were missed, and we tried several times to reach a resolution only to be blamed for all issues. We would not recommend In Lens Photography to other couples looking for a wedding photographer.

    My husband and I couldn’t recommend Kimberly more as your wedding photographer!! From the first time we met, she made us feel so comfortable. She was kind and truly captured our love!! We love her style. So many people were very complimentary of both our engagement and wedding pictures. Picking Kimberly as our wedding photographer was on of the best decisions we made to make our wedding day perfect!
