I have been photographing weddings for 25 years this year and I feel so blessed to have my career! I am passionate about what I do! My role is making sure you are back with your guests and joining your party asap! My style is quick and fun! I love when couples tell me how much fun they had! We typically meet up at my favorite brewery in town, which is gratefully minutes from my home. 😉 I live smack in the middle of Leavenworth Washington, which is the most incredible mountain town. I've lived here for 18 years and know all the best hidden locations. Choosing local truly matters to our small town of 3500 locals. Thank you for choosing us!

    Best Wedding Photographer!

    Heidi is the absolute best, we loved working with her! She has years of experience and it clearly shows both in the pictures she captures but also the whole wedding photo experience she delivers. Heidi captured the most precious moments and memories from our big day and I am grateful to her that we will always have those. Our wedding photos are absolutely stunning and its truly all Heidi! She is extremely talented and wastes no time when taking group photos, the couple, family etc so that you have plenty of time to enjoy your wedding reception with your guests. We absolutely love her and had her shoot our maternity photos as well, and will continue to use her in the future! We cannot recommend her enough.

Classic, simply clothing is best for your photo session. Try to avoid things that are trendy, as they will date your photo. I want to capture the essence of you, not your clothing.
Slightly more makeup than your "everyday" look is usually a good idea, but remember that we want to capture your natural beauty. Focusing on your eyes and lips will help those beautiful features really pop. Also, I have found that mineral makeup foundation seem to create the best finish for photos.
I work very quickly so I can capture people and moments before my clients get "photo fatigue". If everyone is ready, the actual photo taking time of your session is usually less than an hour. My photographs are not traditional or posed. Moments happen fast!
Again, I like to work fast so I can capture everyone at their best and allow your day to be about your wedding and not a posed shoot. Many of my photos of your day will be captured without you, your wedding party, or your guests knowing it. I look to capture moments, not forced formal poses.
It means that I want to capture you, your friends and your family as you really are. My goal is that you will look at your photos and be transported back to that moment in time. I want my work to result in cherished memories perserved.
It takes me anywhere from a few hours to a few days to return my images over to my clients. I will always let my clients know if it is a week or more. I shoot like I did when I was shooting film exclusively. Clean and simple. I don't care for an over processed "photo shopped" look. Actually, I don't even own Photo Shop. I like to get it right the first time, straight out of my camera.
You will receive all your images on your own custom web gallery for instant downloading of full resolution edited images. You may also instantly share on social media. Ordering prints directly off your web gallery as needed is simple and fast. My clients receive all the rights to their images for reprints.
