Howdy! I'm Grace Markus, a photographer born and raised in Northern Kentucky! Growing up, I was always involved in some kind of artistic endeavor. Finding the right balance between work and play is what I intend to do in the creative world! Photography, for me, is about more than pictures - it’s about preserving energy, emotion, and artistry in every frame. I’m driven by the chance to use my creativity and leadership to make a difference through meaningful content!

    Best. Wedding. Photographer. EVER

    I cannot recommend Gracie enough! My husband and I had the privilege to be Gracie’s first wedding as a primary photographer. Her communication was flawless. On the wedding day, she brought such a calming yet super friendly presence and seamlessly managed our tight timeline. When we got our photos back, we were absolutely blown away!!! Gracie captured all the emotional moments and all the fun candids we didn't even realize were happening! The gallery is a beautiful timeline of our day. We were more than impressed! 10/10. Thank you so much again Gracie!

    Best wedding photographer ever!!!!

    Grace handled family photos in a professional and seamless manner. She did an incredible job of organizing family members, giving direction, and getting people back to the party as quick as possible. Working side by side with her as a videographer was also a great experience- Grace is an excellent collaborator!

    AMAZING!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    Gracie was amazing at capturing my sister’s wedding! I highly recommend her. She was so sweet and made everyone feel comfortable throughout the day. We absolutely love how the photos turned out! We couldn’t be happier with her attention to detail and how she made sure we were happy with each shot and that everyone we wanted was included in the photos before moving on. She also did an incredible job capturing all the fun at the reception. The dancing, singing, and all the candid moments. It’s so special to look back at those photos and relive such a beautiful night!

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 6-8 weeks after your wedding. However, 24-48 hours after your wedding you'll receive a sneak peek gallery with 50 photos minimum!
I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame. 6+ months out is preferred!
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
I’ll bring an assistant or second photographer depending on the size of the wedding package you purchase. I will always confirm with you that bringing along an assistant or second photographer is okay.
Yes! All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I will also do light retouching services like blemish removal (if asked to do so), eliminating stray hairs, and removal of distractions.
No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. I DO however have many videographer recommendations... so feel free to ask!
In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
