I’m Chelsea—a girl mom, dog mom, cat mom, and lover of all things outdoors. I’ve been holding a camera since 2014, and in 2022 I officially found my heart in photographing weddings and couples. I love capturing the moments that feel real—the laughs, the tears, the quiet glances you didn’t even know happened. My background in journalism and storytelling helps me document your day in a way that feels natural, genuine, and true to you. When I’m not behind the camera, you can usually find me chasing my daughter, planning my next adventure, or soaking up time with my little zoo of pets.

As a wedding planner, I appreciate working with vendors that make my job easier and Chelsea definitely does that by going with the flow and staying in communication as far as how long photos will take. If we need to adjust on a wedding day, she's also open to making it work so we can all keep our couples happy. Love working with Chelsea!

Smoky Mountain Sounds

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.

I do have the option to have a second photographer. If I were to bring an assistant, I would of course as you first (assistants are at no cost to you, they’re just there to help me!) I also occasionally work with associates but take care of all of the coordinating and editing for you!

Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.

I offer content creation - behind the scenes cell phone coverage.

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 6-8 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a USB drive with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.

You can expect about 50 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement. I will do my best!
