Who am I? ​ Cat Lover, Traveler, Wife, and Boy Mom. Thank you for taking the time to consider me to be a part of your special life moments! From a young age, I have always had a camera of some sort in my hands. After high school, I decided to pursue my passion for photography and get my BFA in photography at Massachusetts College of Art. Professionally I have over 10 years of experience.

I am a hands-on gal. I'm not afraid to move furniture around to get the right shot. I'm that photographer that will brush the hair out of your face or place your hand in the best way to get the shot. Need your dress bustled or tissues, bobby pins, or double-sided tape? I am always equipped with my super fashionable, handy dandy, fanny pack to save the day at any wedding. I'll guide you to get the perfect shots but not everything needs to be guided. Those quiet candid moments are the photos I crave for and love dearly. I'm here to help you every step of the way to make you feel comfortable and at ease when it comes to your photo sesh.

    Stunning photos and amazing photographer!

    We absolutely loved every single second of working with Cara and cannot say enough good things! Throughout the whole planning process she was responsive, flexible, and helpful as worked to sort out the details of the day. We had so much fun at our engagement shoot and loved our photos. On the day of the wedding, Cara gave incredible direction. She was so friendly, fun, encouraging and laid back which made all of our wedding party felt comfortable in front if the camera! We had a packed schedule and her focus and efficiency helped us to enjoy every moment of our day while still getting stunning shots. We will cherish her photos forever and are so thankful she captured our day so beautifully

Typically, couples book me about 12 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Yes! Every wedding package includes a second photographer. Don’t worry, this won’t cost you extra.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-8 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a sneak peek within 24 to 48 hours.
In my 8 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
