How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

Accepted Answer

Most of our clients book us six months to two years in advance, while others manage with a few months. Either way, the earlier you inquire, the more likely it is we are available. We take a select few wedding clients in order to give each one the best possible experience – so if you want to be one of them, don’t delay!

Question 2

Do you work with assistants or other photographers?

Accepted Answer

I typically like to work solo or with my amazing wife by my side. But some situations might call for an additional photographer or assistant. If you are planning on getting ready in two different locations in the morning or have something special planned, a second photographer may be needed. If we plan on doing some creative editorial style photos, an assistant may be needed.

Will you edit all our pictures?

Accepted Answer

Definitely. I narrow down all images to the very best! No blinking eyes or asparagus in your teeth from dinner! All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.

Do you also offer video services?

Accepted Answer

No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. I would be more than happy to recommend some of my favorite videographers that I love working with!

Question 5

How many pictures will we get?

Accepted Answer

You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

Question 6

What’s your back-up plan if you can’t photograph our wedding as planned?

Accepted Answer

In my 12 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of trusted photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.

Can you hold our wedding date?

Accepted Answer

Yes, provided we’ve received a signed contract and retainer. Due to the number of inquiries we receive and the busy nature of wedding seasons, we cannot hold potential dates. If you’re interested in hiring us, please do so as soon as possible!
