Cancellation Policy: - Sadly, there is no refund for event cancellations. - If canceled < 3 months before, a second payment helps cover our time and lost date. Postponed events: Let's find a new date. - Party Member Cancellation: After 7 days, find a replacement; otherwise, we'll miss that payment part. It's a bit strict, but non-negotiable. Postponement Policy: - Services pause if there is no new date; payment adjusts post-new date notification. - To resume services after a new date, a second payment at restart would be fantastic.

What should I expect for the day of my event?

We'll follow a planned timeline, arriving 30 mins before the first service. If someone's not ready, they'll be moved later to keep things on schedule. Final touches, like refreshing curls, will be 15 mins post-timeline. Lips come last, ensuring time for a meal break.

When is my last chance to book add-on services?

Accepted Answer

For any additional services, kindly request at least 2 months before your event. This allows time to arrange extra artists and accommodate your schedule. While I do my best to make it work, it's not guaranteed. If, by chance, we can fit in an extra service on the day, we'll try our luck and aim for the end of the schedule, but no promises.

How can I avoid an early start time?

I have a team of 5 artists to handle larger parties. Each artist requires a minimum of 3 services, totaling at least 5 hours, covering set up and finishing touches.

Is travel included?

Accepted Answer

Travel is not included and is charged at $1.50 per mile per artist from Santa Clarita, CA. The fee applies to each artist present on your wedding day. Parking and valet costs, if not covered by the bride or host, will be added.
