    Fairy godmother

    I found Indira last minute for my destination engagement photo session. I only asked to get my makeup done, since I had a terrible hair and makeup trial in the city I will be having my wedding and did not want to have another experience with a person not knowing how to style my natural curls. I sent Indira my photo and she offered to do my hair as well. I told her I was going to wear it down with my natural curls. She told me she loved my curls and could help me redefine them and make sure they could withstand the humidity. I agreed. She communicated with me via text and called me the morning of the session to confirm. She arrived very punctual, understood exactly what I was looking for in natural makeup that didn’t feel caked on and would highlight me and not make me look like someone I couldn’t recognize. She defined my curls and set them with hair spray. My hair and makeup lasted beautifully after 3 outfit changes and 5 hours of walking around the humidity, having drinks and dinner. I wish she lived where I do so she could do my hair and makeup for my wedding. She wrote out detailed instructions of what she did with the makeup she used and tones, size of lashes and everything I would need to give the next person I try out so they can understand what she did and what I’m looking for in hair and makeup. She taught me how to redefine my curls with a .25 curling iron wand and serum. She sent me the link to the lip stain she used and made me feel like a more polished and glam version of me without changing me. If I’m ever back in the area and need a hair and makeup artist, she will be the one I reach out to. I’m so grateful for her making me feel like my requests were reasonable and not impossible. Hire her and if you have natural curls and would like to have someone use your natural pattern and not blow dry to re-curl, she is your person. The makeup was perfect. Thank you Indira!

    5 STARS OVER AND OVER AGAIN!

    Indira is an absolute dream to work with! Not only does she listen to every clients wants and needs, she brings them to life even better than you had imagined! I have worked with her as a vendor on numerous occasions and every single time our mutual clients feel incredibly beautiful! She takes her time and really listens to the look that you’re going for. She uses amazing quality products that I have actually had to ask recommendations for several times so I can buy them myself, and I can personally attest that her looks hold up through rain, sunshine, wind, and even Florida humidity. Indira is an absolute gem in this industry, I recommend her to ever single one of my clients, but I personally use her services for myself!
