Ghosted. Twice.
I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by Simplicity Floral & Event Design for our upcoming wedding. From the very beginning, they failed to deliver on their promises. After our initial design appointment, we made multiple attempts to receive a quote from them, but they never provided one, despite giving us two different dates that they would have it ready. On the date of the initial appointment she showed up 20 min late. The lack of professionalism is why I would stay far away. I would not recommend this vendor to any couple planning their wedding. Their lack of communication and lack of follow through has made her go from top pick to stay far away!!!
