    Fantasy Floral

    We were ever so grateful to have Eli at the helm for our son and daughter in law’s wedding floral! The outcome was bright, beautiful and bold! Eli listened carefully to what was envisioned and responded to every concern with assurance and confidence. She brought vision to the floral dreams —providing magical, creative displays we simply loved. The day of the wedding, she rolled up her sleeves, handling everything with confidence and expertise. The florals were stunning and lasted beautifully. The highest compliment came from a relative who stated “that was simply the most beautiful event I have ever attended”.     If we could give Eli Davis more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! Eli was incredibly passionate, communicative, and detail-oriented. She made the entire process feel easy and stress free. On the day of our wedding, the flowers completely exceeded our expectations. Consultations last approximately 1 hour but can take up to 2 for larger weddings. Please come prepared with details about your wedding like your budget and style, as well as any inspiration you have for your wedding flowers. This can include images of your venue, photos of your wedding attire, fabric swatches, your color palette, photos from social media, and more. The more information and ideas you provide, the better we can assist you. After your consultation, we will draw up a proposal with prices and email it to you.
We proudly provide wedding and event floral services throughout Michigan, generally concentrated on the West side of the state, but are happy to travel!
Our designs primarily feature fresh flowers because we love the beauty, texture, and natural feel they bring to every event. That said, we’re always happy to discuss your vision, and in certain situations we’re open to incorporating high-quality faux florals if they’re the best fit. One common misconception is that faux flowers are less expensive than fresh flowers. In reality, premium faux blooms often cost the same—or even more—than fresh flowers, especially when you’re looking for realistic, high-quality designs. We’ll always help you choose the option that best suits your style, budget, and event needs.
Our process begins with an initial consultation where we’ll get to know you, discuss your style, inspiration, color palette, budget, and all the details that make your celebration special. After our consultation, I’ll create a custom floral proposal and provide an initial quote based on everything we discussed. From there, we’ll work together to refine the design as your plans come together. As your wedding or event approaches, we’ll have a final consultation to confirm all the details, review any last-minute changes, and ensure everything is exactly how you envision it.
We absolutely welcome inspiration photos and encourage you to share them! They help us understand your style, color palette, and the overall look you’re dreaming of. Because flowers are seasonal, naturally unique, and subject to availability, no floral design can ever be recreated exactly. Instead of creating an exact copy, we use your inspiration as a guide to design something that captures the same feeling and aesthetic while making it uniquely yours. Our goal is not only to bring your vision to life but to create florals that exceed your expectations.

Absolutely! If you have your heart set on a particular flower, I’ll do my best to source it for your event. Availability depends on the season, growing conditions, and market supply, so while I can’t guarantee every bloom, I work closely with trusted wholesalers to find the best options. If a specific flower isn’t available, I’ll recommend beautiful alternatives that capture the same style, color palette, and overall look you love.
No worries! During our design process, I’ll let you know if any of your favorite flowers are out of season or difficult to source. Whenever possible, I’ll recommend beautiful alternatives that offer a similar look, color, texture, or feel while staying true to your overall vision.
I recommend reaching out as soon as you’ve secured your venue and wedding date. Most couples book their wedding florist between 6 and 18 months before their wedding, especially for peak wedding season. Booking early ensures your date is available and gives us plenty of time to design your florals, refine the details, and create a plan that fits your vision and budget. If your wedding is just around the corner, don’t hesitate to inquire! If I’m available, I’d love to see if we can make something beautiful together.

The first step is to submit an inquiry through our website. I’ll confirm whether your wedding date is available, and if it is, we’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your vision, style, floral needs, and budget. After our consultation, you’ll receive a customized floral proposal and quote. If you’re ready to move forward, simply sign the proposal and pay the required deposit. Once those are received, your wedding date is officially reserved, and we can begin bringing your floral vision to life!
Yes, we strive to assist our client to their best of our ability, depending on our availability. A late notice fee may be applicable depending on the amount of time available to extensiveness of the project.
Every wedding is unique, so floral costs vary depending on your guest count, floral selections, design style, season, and the pieces you’d like included. Whether you’re looking for a few personal flowers or full-service floral design, I’ll work with you to create a proposal that fits your vision and budget. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your floral priorities, and I’ll provide a customized quote based on your specific needs. Yes, we are full service event florist. Each factor has applicable fees depending on your event.
To officially reserve your event date, a signed proposal and 30% non-refundable retainer are required. Once those are received, your date is secured on my calendar. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. This allows plenty of time to finalize your floral selections and place orders with my suppliers to ensure everything is ready for your special day.
I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your event, please let me know as soon as possible. Your 30% non-refundable retainer reserves your event date and covers the time spent planning and designing your florals, so it cannot be refunded. If your event is canceled before flowers and supplies have been purchased, any additional payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded. Once flowers, supplies, or rentals have been ordered, those costs are non-refundable. If your event is postponed rather than canceled, I’ll do my best to accommodate your new date, subject to my availability.
Every effort will be made to source the flowers and greenery outlined in your proposal. However, because fresh flowers are a natural product, availability can be affected by weather, seasonal conditions, crop failures, shipping delays, or other circumstances beyond my control. If a specific flower or variety becomes unavailable, I reserve the right to substitute it with blooms of equal or greater value that closely match your original design in style, color, texture, and overall aesthetic. Any substitutions will be made with great care to preserve the look and feel of your floral vision.
