Elegant Events

Elegant Events serves Northern IL, Southern Wisconsin and Michigan, with floral and decor for every event. Work with us for your bridal shower flower bar, business lobby arrangements, vintage seating for your wedding and so much more!

In addition to bespoke floral design, we offer curated décor styling and select furniture rentals to seamlessly complement your aesthetic. For couples and hosts looking to elevate the guest experience even further, we also provide interactive services for after-wedding celebrations and special events—designed to create engaging, unforgettable moments.

    A florist that actually cares and is responsive

    Although I never ended up hiring Elegant Events to do my florals, I had a wonderful experience working with them. Hannah is a great listener and was very responsive to my needs. The detailed proposal she provided was incredibly creative and showed that she truly understood the vision I had for my special day. Hannah met virtually with my twice. During our meetings, she offered so many insightful, thoughtful, and creative ideas on how I can maximize my budget while still creating the beautiful floral arrangements I envisioned. Also, of all the florists I contacted, Elegant Events was the only florist that came in under my budget. The only reason why we ended up going with a different florist was because our wedding planner and designer already had a preferred vendor. All in all, Hannah and the Elegant Events team were amazing to work with and I highly recommend them to any couples planning their wedding.

    Wedding/bridal shower florals

    Hannah did exquisite work setting up the wedding florals of my dreams. She arranged all the bridal bouquets and they were exactly what I wanted and she made sure of it. She also did amazing decor for my bridal shower and she worked with us through the whole wedding planning process to be sure everything was how we imagined. I’d recommend her every time!

    Elegant Events was wonderful to work with for this event. They had fantastic communication when ordering the flowers, delivery was on time, the set up and break down of everything was super quick and effortless. The bride and her party absolutely adored the colors as they flowed beautifully with the color pallets and theme. Throughout the entire event, guests could not stop commenting on how gorgeous the flower arrangements looked. I WILL be ordering from them again for any and all of my flower needs and I fully suggest you do too, if you want beautiful flowers with top quality customer service and care.

Yes! We offer a variety of rentals for an additional cost from velvet furniture to candelabras, arches, candles, mirrors, and more. Get in touch to see our full list.
Consultations are virtual and last approximately 30 minutes to an hour, for larger weddings. Please come prepared with details about your wedding like your budget and style, as well as any inspiration you have for your wedding flowers. This can include images of your venue, photos of your wedding attire, fabric swatches, your color palette, photos from social media, and more. The more information and ideas you provide, the better we can assist you. After your consultation, we will send a custom proposal with inspiration images and prices.
Both! We specialize using a strategic mixture of both. This helps our brides get more voluminous centerpieces or installations while maintaining their budget. We recommend personal flowers to be all fresh.
It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. For example: Have you selected the location for your ceremony and/or reception? What’s your wedding style? Do you know how many guests you’ll be expecting? Typically, our couples reach out around 6 to 8 months before their big day.
