Owner and Lead Designer

Coming from Odessa, Ukraine and then ultimately fulfilling my dreams and passions in New York– my worldly upbringing and formal education stems from both my childhood and my experience at the Dutch International School of Design. This eye for detail and love for all things beautiful is etched in every single composition I create. Sahola is comprised of a small team of 3 skilled and passionate women with a deep love for Haute Couture, the arts, and all things creative. We as a business love to support each other in practicing and developing individual styles and design practices, producing unique, amazing and creative works every time.

    Wonderful florist to work with

Short Answer: The earlier, the better! To lock in your wedding date, we need at least 50% of the payment within 10 working days after the proposal and invoice has been approved. Long Answer: The team only orders what we need, and to do this we need to order the flowers and coordinate all our material sourcing and deliveries as soon as we lock in a wedding date. The final deposit or second half of the payment must be paid at least 3 weeks before the wedding day. Payments are preferably done via call (We will be processing your card through our terminal manually to prevent data breach) but we also accept check, or cash transactions.
Short Answer: Yes definitely! Long Answer: You are free to request for one to two sample arrangements if your budget exceeds $10,000.00 (Excluding taxes). If not, you must pay for the sample with regular pricing unless negotiated with the designer in charge– After all, every petal costs money from our end and as a small business, we need to account for these purchases.
Short Answer: The first deposit paid at the day of signing the wedding proposal is not refundable. Long Answer: Deposit can be returned only if cancelled due to COVID-19 no later than 30 days before a wedding day. If the Payment left has not been made at 30 days prior to wedding date, flowers will not be ordered, and this agreement is no longer valid.
Short Answer: As much as possible, we will try to accommodate most cancellations, however you should inform us in writing (via text or email) within 4 weeks prior to your event. Long Answer: Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the wedding date may forfeit full payment if SAHOLA Floral Art & Event Design has ordered flowers and the order cannot be cancelled. We understand this is a custom order and understand if payment has not been made in full, this contract is canceled, and all payments are forfeited.
Short Answer: Unless there was a custom arrangement between you and a designer, we usually pick orders up the following day after the event, usually in the morning. Long Answer: All rental items must be returned to SAHOLA Floral Art & Event Design. Any rental items not returned will incur an additional fee starting at $15+ depending on the size and delivery distance.
Short Answer: Because we love what we do and personally see that every arrangement is hand made and delivered on time, every time. Long Answer: We provide all the services specified in your wedding proposal, and work with you if any adjustments need to be made. We guarantee our presence at the places and times specified.
