Unlike mass-produced options, my signage is completely handcrafted with care and personality. I also offer chalkboard rentals, making it easy and affordable to add a personalized touch to your day.     Gorgeous chalk board signs!

    Woodzi is the best! A breeze to work with, and her work is gorgeous! Woodzi made the welcome sign (featuring our cat!) and the seating chart for our wedding, and we received SO many compliments on them! They were the perfect personalized touch for our big day!

We provide custom hand-lettered or illustrated chalkboard designs, plus rental of the actual chalkboard, and delivery and pickup to/from your event venue.
Absolutely! We work with you to match your wedding theme, colors, and any special requests for fonts, illustrations, or wording.
Yes! Any and all references are helpful in creating original designs for your wedding!
Yes, we provide a digital preview/mockup for your approval before the final chalkboard is completed. Design + Installation packages include edits to these designs 48 hrs before your wedding date while Installation only packages do not include this feature.
We coordinate with you or the venue to deliver the chalkboard on the day of or the day before the wedding, and we pick it up afterward—typically within 24 hours depending on venue availability.
We offer delivery within 20 miles of zip code 19102. Additional fees may apply for longer distances. Please contact Woodzi for estimated travel costs.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during peak wedding season.
We offer two main sizes, 8ft boards and 6ft boards. The different packages can mix and match each size or multiple of each.
Both size boards are stand alone structures and do not require easels.
Yes, however in case of rain, the chalk will rub off. Rain plan will need to be called before delivery to ensure the proper set up of the chalkboards. Moving these chalkboards last minuet can be challenging and lead to damages which will be charged post event.
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 1/2 the total amount is required to secure your booking. The total balance is typically due 30 days before the event.
The cost will be calculated based on the amount of damage and required construction to fix the chalkboard. The name on the contract will be responsible for paying all damages.
