    Highly Recommend Some R&R Before the Big Day!

    I booked a spa appointment for myself and several members of my wedding party the Friday before my wedding because I wanted to give us some time to catch & before all the craziness of the wedding weekend started! GlossHaus Nails & Spa was the perfect place to do so!!! The salon was an absolute highlight of the weekend experiences and I cannot recommend Mimi, the salon manager, and her staff enough!! The team's warm and energetic approach made the wedding party feel like we were spending an afternoon with an old friend rather than getting services from someone we had just met only hours ago! The staff truly went above and beyond to accommodate anything we could want or need and also never shied away from any of our requests!! From crafting a detailed menu around numerous dietary restrictions and allergies (gluten/celiac, peanuts, diary, eggs) to remaining flexible while communicating with me in a number of different ways, (texts, calls, emails, and even coordinating with my matron of honour), GlossHaus handled every detail with care and understanding—especially when travel chaos meant a tight schedule. Despite being rear-ended while on my way to the spa and arriving over an hour late to the appointment, the ladies at GlossHaus did not stress and welcomed me with open arms and such grace. They still managed to complete everything flawlessly despite the limited time and left all the attendees feeling pampered and spoiled before the big day! The personalized decorations, professional photos and videos they captured (and then shared with me) showed how much thought they put into making the experience special! I would absolutely recommend GlossHaus to any bride or couple looking to get some R&R and/or make their wedding party feel special! The staff at GlossHaus combines genuine passion with dedicated, thorough service and it can't be matched!!!

Yes - trial or preview appointments are highly recommended so you can finalize your bridal look ahead of the wedding.
Yes - a 50% deposit is required to secure all bridal appointments and bridal party reservations. The deposit is applied toward your final balance and is non-refundable for cancellations made within 14 days of your appointment.
A 50% deposit is required to secure all bridal appointments and bridal party bookings and will be applied toward your final balance. Cancellations made more than 14 days before your appointment may transfer the deposit one time to a new date, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 14 days of the appointment, including no-shows and same-day cancellations, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. For bridal party reservations, final guest count and services must be confirmed 7 days prior, and any reductions after that time may still be charged based on the confirmed booking.
